Located in one of Santorini’s most iconic and traditional villages, Skiza All-Day Café is set along the main cobbled street of Oia. Created by Stavros Sigalas and Christos Markozanes, it offers a welcoming two-level space with indoor and outdoor seating, a curated selection of Greek specialties, fresh flavours, and homemade dishes, alongside freshly brewed coffee, fresh juices, beers, wines, cocktails, and stunning uninterrupted views of the caldera and volcano.
An all-day destination where mornings begin with freshly brewed coffee, breakfast and juices, followed by homemade pizzas and pasta, fresh salads, savoury and sweet crêpes, traditional pies, authentic desserts and homemade ice cream – prepared with care and quality ingredients throughout the day.

Skiza or Schiza takes its name from the old Santorini dialect, where it refers to a piece of burnt wood. Historically, it was also used for the island’s traditional bread rusk – simple, humble, and rooted in everyday tradition.
